It all began in her home country: from her childhood, Martinha enjoyed the pleasant smell of going to the bakery every afternoon and buying fresh bread straight from the oven to accompany her snack with coffee or a little butter.

Many years later, her husband became a fanatic about baking; it was his reason to gather family and friends. Martinha had the opportunity to experience several countries and enjoy the gastronomic richness of each place. It awakened in her a curiosity for cuisine, and she became a lover of good Italian food.

It was then that she and her daughter decided to venture into the baking world as a business of their own. Today, she has completed various courses in gluten-free breads, sourdough baking, savory, sweet, and whole wheat pastries, and more.
